About the role

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Healthcare Account | Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' in Angeles City Pampanga. What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning
  6. Flexibility to work in a virtual environment and collaborate with team members remotely
