Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping and measuring.
  • Cooking: Operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes to cook a variety of products.
  • Packaging: Properly package finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards. Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and storing supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records. Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and consistency, and report any issues to the Production Supervisor. Report on defective products or machinery and follow standard recipes.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe
  • working environment.
  • Fosters a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and colleague morale.
