About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Billing and Collection Assistant to join the finance team at LA Bella Lifestyle Properties Inc. in our office in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection efforts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and sending accurate invoices and statements to clients in a timely manner
  2. Monitoring accounts receivable and following up with clients on overdue payments
  3. Resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all billing and collection activities
  5. Assisting with the implementation of the company's credit control policies and procedures
  6. Collaborating with the broader finance team on month-end reporting and reconciliation
  7. Providing support for other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance role
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  6. Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and regulatory requirements
