Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains the excellent customer service at the check out
  • Effectively handles customer feedback
  • Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end
  • covering cash turn over to the Treasury
  • Accountable for the front end assets management
  • Database maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or
  • Customer Service Management.
  • With atleast 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front
  • end operations in retail or food establishments.
