I. BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for the proper billing of guest transaction throughout the day; demonstrate proficiency in performing work stations through proper cash handling procedures. Administrative in change of all Cashiering reports and daily sales deposits.

II. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

a) Receives and prepares change fund for the whole day operations;

b) Responsible for the bill settlement; prints receipts and gives it to the guest

c) Receives payment from the guest;

d) Prepares change ( if there's any ) and gives to the guest;

e) Checks and completes all cashiering document. Submit to Supervisor/ Manager for approved;

f) Separates change fund and sales during closing time.

g) Witnesses the deposit of sales during cash bleed or end day deposit.

h) Signs the Cashiers Sales Report to acknowledge the actual cash overages and shortages.

i) Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills;

j) Attends shift meetings and monthly meetings on time and actively participate.

k) Implement and follows company policy and procedure on cashiering;

l) Reports to manager/ supervisor for any repair and maintenance/ untoward incident;

m) Conforms with company hygiene and grooming standards;

n) Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time by the manager/ supervisor;

IV. JOB SPECIFICATION

· Qualification

At least 2nd year in college

Preferably with experience in the food service

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good moral character and proactive,

With pleasing personality, no beyond brown complexion

With common sense.

V. WORKING SCHEDULE

Requires forty-eight (48) hours in a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,650.00 per month
