Summary:
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a strong presence in the online gaming and digital entertainment industry. Their mission is to deliver innovative, data-driven, and culturally relevant gaming experiences tailored to the global market. They are currently expanding the team and seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join them in multiple roles.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Program Leadership:
Develop, own, and implement the complete migration program roadmap, ensuring technical delivery aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Establish and oversee program governance among internal teams, vendors, and regulators.
Ensure that DigiPlus proprietary modules, such as player registration, wallet, and other essential components, are integrated without jeopardizing system stability or compliance
2. Complex System Migration Management:
Lead integration design and execution for proprietary DigiPlus components with the new platform architecture.
Manage API orchestration and middleware abstraction layers to enable scalable integrations.
Plan and oversee performance testing for extreme transaction loads, ensuring system resilience.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between DigiPlus and key vendors.
Translate operational requirements into executable vendor deliverables.
Monitor vendor deliverables and enforce contractual obligations.
4. Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, evaluate, and address technical, operational, and compliance risks linked to migration and subsequent projects.
Create contingency plans for wallet synchronization failures, transaction reconciliation issues, and latency spikes.
5. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure migration activities meet jurisdictional iGaming regulations and data protection standards.
Facilitate audit readiness throughout the project, including full traceability of decisions, changes, and testing outcomes.
6. Change Management & Communication:
Develop and implement change management strategies to prepare internal teams and vendors for operational shifts.
Provide transparent reporting to executives and, if necessary, the Board, including updates on milestones, risks, and budgets.
Create internal communication plans to keep all stakeholders aligned.
7. Performance Validation & Go-Live:
Oversee UAT, regression testing, and stress/load testing at production-level transaction volumes.
Approve final go-live readiness based on technical, operational, and compliance signoffs.
Ensure post-go-live hypercare with rapid incident response.
Requirements:
7+ years in program/project management in the iGaming industry, with 3+ years leading large-scale system migrations involving PAM, CRM, Sportsbook, or payment platforms.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Strong understanding of PAM architecture, wallet management, high-frequency transaction systems, APIs, middleware, and real-time data processing.
Proven track record in managing data-heavy, high-volume migrations under tight timelines and complex vendor ecosystems.
Familiarity with iGaming compliance frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple vendors, and C-level stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal skills, capable of translating complex technical issues into clear business impact statements.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive, risk-first mindset.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
Native fluency in the English language and Mandarin is an advantage.
