Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales documentations and administrative tasks
  • Assist sales during marketing and sales activities
  • Create new leads
  • Handle sales inquiries
  • Perform telephone and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage sales outreach, including sending of quotes, and follow-up calls
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and target customers
  • Research and analyze prospect data to identify customer needs
  • Hold discussions and develop rapport with prospects
  • Research, locate, and contact prospective customers to establish rapport, qualify leads, and establish long-term relationships
  • Identify prospects and liaise with sales team members to identify their business needs, explore their needs, and address them accordingly
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and targets, researching trends and sales cycles
  • Maintain effective relationships with existing client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing (but fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Capable of working independently and within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient both in Filipino and English
  • Knowledge with IT and Cybersecurity is a plus
