Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing eCommerce team If you have previous experience in chat-based customer support (live chat, online chat, or social platforms), you could be a great fit. We provide full training on our processes, so all you need is enthusiasm and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat using our platform
  • Resolve issues, provide product information, and process orders
  • Ensure excellent service and timely responses to all inquiries
  • Document and update customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with chat-based customer support (any eCommerce or service industry)
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Reliable internet and computer for remote work
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willing to be trained on our specific systems and policies

Schedule & Details:

  • 48 hours per week (8 hours per day)
  • Monday to Saturday, 6am–2pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
  • Sundays optional / open for additional work
  • Long-term opportunity with a growing business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php275.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
