The Food Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by delivering food and beverages accurately, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding seats when needed.
  • Present the menu, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
  • Take customer orders clearly and accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct orders are delivered.
  • Respond quickly to guest concerns or requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Dining Area Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
  • Clear tables, remove used utensils, plates, and condiments efficiently.
  • Prepare tables for the next guests (wiping, repositioning chairs, resetting condiments).
  • Assist in managing customer flow during peak hours.

Food Handling & Safety

  • Follow proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all served items meet company quality and presentation standards.
  • Report any food quality or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Coordination & Teamwork

  • Communicate with kitchen staff for accurate meal preparation and order timing.
  • Coordinate with other servers and bus staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in daily briefings and follow instructions from supervisors.

Cash Handling (if assigned)

  • Process payments accurately using POS.
  • Issue receipts and manage cash according to company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Food Server or in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php695.00 per day
