- Verify accuracy of billing details including rates, hours, overtime, holiday pay, and statutory charges
- Coordinate with operations, payroll, and HR for billing-related data and clarifications
- Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow up on acknowledgments
- Maintain organized billing records, schedules, and supporting documents
- Handle billing adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations when needed
- Monitor billed vs. collected amounts and assist in tracking accounts receivable
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with BIR, VAT, and other regulatory billing requirements
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing billing documentation
- Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
