Billing Staff

Billing Staff is responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely billing transactions. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve billing concerns.
- Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and related documents.
- Verify accuracy of billing information, transactions, and supporting documents.
- Monitor and update accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized billing files and documentation.
- Coordinate with accounting, sales, and operations teams to ensure proper billing processes.
- Generate billing and collection reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
