OVERVIEW:

The company is looking for a talented
Remote Photo & Video Editor/Graphic Designer
to turn that raw, unedited footage into polished, on-brand content ready for social media, web, and advertising use.

You'll receive detailed creative briefs, storyboards, and references from the creative team and will be responsible for editing, color grading, and exporting final deliverables that align perfectly with client goals and brand tone.

This role is ideal for an editor who thrives on creative direction, understands marketing-driven storytelling, and can deliver fast, high-quality work within deadlines — all while collaborating remotely with our Australia-based production and strategy teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Production & Editing

• Execute Post-Production:
  Take raw, unedited footage (photo and video) and transform it into polished, final deliverables ready for client use across social media, web, and advertising.
• Color Grading & Tonal Alignment:
  Expertly color grade all content and apply necessary LUT workflows to achieve a consistent, premium, and on-brand aesthetic that aligns with the client's tone (Hospitality, Fitness, Fashion, Lifestyle).
• Sound Design & Polish:
  Refine and mix audio tracks for videos, ensuring high-quality sound design, clarity, and adherence to social media platform standards.
• Adapt to Creative Direction:
  Diligently interpret and execute detailed creative briefs, storyboards, and reference materials provided by the Australia-based creative team.

Marketing & Platform Specialization

• Deliver Marketing-Driven Assets:
  Ensure all edited content serves a clear marketing purpose, focusing on visual composition and pacing that drives client goals (engagement, conversion, brand awareness).
• Multi-Client & Multi-Format Delivery:
  Efficiently deliver finalized assets in various required formats and resolutions to cater to the diverse needs of up to 20 Australian clients concurrently.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in content production, including planning, filming, and editing social media or marketing content. Minimum of 2+ years solid experience in the same role or related field.
• Strong proficiency in
  video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)
  .
• Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and LUT workflows.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and platform-specific content formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills — capable of managing multiple projects and timelines for up to 20 clients.
• Strong creative judgment and visual composition skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment with teams across time zones.
• Proficiency in file management, media organization, and cloud storage workflows (Google Drive, Dropbox, or ).
• Strong communication skills — able to interpret briefs, give creative input, and provide status updates clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, on-brand content.
• Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with Australian-based teams

PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have):

• Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to create supporting assets.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of paid media creative principles — how visuals perform across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
• Ability to produce UGC-style videos and authentic, creator-led content.
• Experience directing on-location shoots or coordinating small production crews.
• Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Slack, or
• Understanding of brand identity and storytelling for multi-client environments.
• Passion for staying ahead of social trends, editing styles, and content formats.
