Job Responsibilities:

  1. Mainly responsible for the daily needs of the project and the update and iteration of functions, continuous optimization, and the design is in line with the brand tone;
  2. Responsible for the formulation of the visual specifications of the entire platform and the maintenance of UI design specification documents and component library construction to ensure the consistency and reusability of the design; control the overall style, color, layout, etc. of the project to make it meet the actual needs and meet the aesthetics of the target customer group;
  3. Optimize the page, improve the front-end interactivity and ease of use, and provide users with a high-quality user experience;
  4. Cross-departmental collaboration; actively communicate with products, operations, and development to promote the final realization of interface and interaction design.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. Have more than 5 years of experience in Internet product design, have project experience from 0 to 1, and experience in multiple independent design projects; (mobile terminal (h5\app) design works must be)
  3. Have a strong overall view, be able to participate in product planning, formulate design strategies, and effectively implement design plans;
  4. Be able to explore user pain points through systematic UX experience , and transform them into design plans, pursuing the ultimate user experience;
  5. Have high self-requirements for visual design, and can pursue details while controlling overall consistency;
  6. Have a good cooperative attitude and team spirit, and be full of work passion, innovation desire and sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand certain work pressure; have good project promotion capabilities;
  7. Self-learning, self-driven, self-management; actively seek self-improvement and development;
  8. Slot industry experience is preferred.
  9. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  10. Must be able to multitask
