Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the visual optimization of core business line products; specialize in creative visual design and provide innovative design solutions based on requirements.
  2. Participate in brand visual design, including brand identity, application scenarios, and event marketing visuals, ensuring alignment with local market aesthetics.
  3. Assist the lead UI/graphic designer in brand-related visual design tasks, supporting brand visual extension and enhancement, and follow through on implementation.
  4. Continuously optimize visual design, maintain consistency in style, and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Contribute to video, animation, 3D production, and motion graphic design as needed.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Design or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, with exposure to multi-platform, cross-industry, and interdisciplinary projects; passion for design and innovation is essential.
  3. Strong awareness of design trends and system design; hands-on experience in building design systems; excellent output and presentation skills; ability to define visuals across different styles; detail-oriented with the capability to establish clear and reasonable visual principles.
  4. Experience in complete visual design projects for internet products, capable of handling cross-platform and multi-terminal design.
  5. Solid foundation in graphic design; proficient in at least one mainstream AIGC tool (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway); advanced skills in Photoshop or Illustrator for detailed modifications.
  6. Proficiency in 3ds Max or Blender modeling tools, with the ability to integrate 3D design into visual projects.
  7. Basic knowledge of motion design is a strong plus.
  8. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
