Be part of our client's team as a
Client Success Specialist
, supporting the operational backbone of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will coordinate deliverables, monitor pacing and performance, manage communications, and build client-ready documentation. This role strengthens your media operations expertise and prepares you for future growth into account leadership roles.

Salary: PHP 43,000 to PHP 53,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of full-time experience in analytics, project management, client services, or client success roles.
  • Proven
    client management experience
    , including handling client communications, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Strong reporting skills
    with hands-on experience preparing insights, dashboards, or performance summaries.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with major social media platforms.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with initiative, professional maturity, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous media or agency experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, TAP).
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, or RTB media buying tools.
  • Understanding of web technologies (e.g., pixels, HTML, JavaScript).
  • Experience presenting to groups or clients.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide day-to-day support to a team managing agency and client relationships through outstanding campaign management and client service
  • Support campaigns using detailed project management to align cross-platform deliverables
  • Assist with timelines, asset trackers, communications, status calls, pacing/delivery trackers, weekly reports, and campaign recaps
  • Assist in bringing custom programs to life, including influencer marketing, podcasts, sweepstakes, video production, events, and on-site activations
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to reconcile monthly billing
  • Contribute to reporting of campaign wins, learnings, and performance documentation
