About the role

As a Branch Mechanic at AGnP Corporation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive maintenance and repair services to our valued customers. This is a full-time role based in our Valenzuela City, Metro Manila location, where you will work closely with our skilled technicians and customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnosing and repairing a multi-brand motorcycle issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension problems
  2. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  3. Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to identify and resolve complex vehicle problems
  4. Providing exceptional customer service, including explaining repair recommendations and cost estimates
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  6. Adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
  7. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of all customer requests

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6months to 1 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably in a similar branch or dealership setting
  2. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
  3. Proficiency in using a wide range of automotive tools and equipment
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  5. A commitment to safety and attention to detail
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  7. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
