About the job Nan Tian Group Ltd. Inc. is a fast-growing multi-brand restaurant group in the Philippines, operating leading Asian F&B concepts nationwide.

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager (Restaurants) to lead our restaurant operations, drive profitability, and accelerate business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operations of all restaurant branches, ensuring standardized and streamlined execution.
  • Formulate and implement annual business targets (revenue, profit, customer satisfaction) and take full accountability for results.
  • Lead and manage the operations team, including branch managers, area managers, and support departments.
  • Optimize cost control and supply chain management to ensure both quality and cost efficiency.
  • Enhance customer experience to strengthen brand influence and competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational systems, KPI frameworks, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
  • Work closely with the founding team to execute mid- to long-term strategic plans.
  • Support business expansion through site selection, store opening preparations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to improve cross-functional efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing restaurant chains, with 5+ years in senior executive roles.
  • Proven success in managing businesses with annual turnover of ₱50B+ (or equivalent).
  • Expertise in restaurant operations, supply chain, cost control, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine and Southeast Asian F&B market is a plus.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural management capability.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to different branches.
