We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in training and development to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources operations while playing a pivotal role in developing and delivering effective training programs. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with a strategic focus on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance.

Training & Development:

  • Assess organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department managers.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and career development.
  • Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
  • Identify external training providers when necessary and manage vendor relationships.
  • Track training metrics and report on program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on training and development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
