We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in training and development to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources operations while playing a pivotal role in developing and delivering effective training programs. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with a strategic focus on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
Training & Development:
- Assess organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department managers.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and career development.
- Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
- Identify external training providers when necessary and manage vendor relationships.
- Track training metrics and report on program effectiveness and ROI.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on training and development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
