Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and working independently in the field, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned areas.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collect customer details and accurately process sales orders.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and results.
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and promotional events as needed.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or similar roles.
- A minimum of 1+ years of field sales experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling frequently within assigned areas.
- Must have own motorcycle or vehicle for field visits and travel within assigned areas.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Can START ASAP.
