1. Manpower Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients or department heads to understand job requirements, qualifications, and timelines.
  • Prepare and review job postings, job descriptions, and qualification summaries.
  • Maintain an updated list of manpower requests and deployment targets.

2. Sourcing & Attraction

  • Conduct sourcing activities through various platforms: online job boards, social media, job fairs, referrals, and partnerships with schools or agencies.
  • Create attractive job ads and ensure consistent employer branding across recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring or critical positions.

3. Screening & Selection

  • Review applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews (online or onsite) and administer pre-employment exams.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, attitude, and alignment with company culture or client requirements.
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to clients or hiring managers for final interviews.

4. Coordination & Endorsement

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Ensure proper communication and feedback flow regarding interview results and hiring decisions.
  • Prepare candidate evaluation forms and maintain accurate recruitment records.

5. Job Offer & Onboarding

  • Communicate job offers, salary details, and pre-employment requirements to selected candidates.
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment documents and medical examinations.
  • Coordinate with HR Admin or Payroll for new hire onboarding and deployment.

6. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics (endorsement rate, hiring rate, completion rate, turnaround time).
  • Submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Analyze recurring challenges and propose improvement strategies.

7. Relationship Management

  • Maintain good communication with clients regarding manpower updates and candidate progress.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with DOLE standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
