Qualifications:

  • Has a CERTIFICATE for FOOD TRAINING given by FDA
  • Must be a Licensed Food Technologist (PFT)
  • Experience in a Food Manufacturing is a plus

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs Department to ensure all formulations and finished products comply with applicable regulatory and quality standards, including FDA, ASEAN Guidelines, and Codex Alimentarius requirements, by facilitating and adhering to assay testing requests.C
  • Work closely with the QA/QC Department in planning, executing, and monitoring stability testing of finished products to verify product quality and shelf-life compliance.
  • Coordinate with FDA-accredited third-party laboratories to conduct assay testing for Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Stability Testing Reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Review and approve internal laboratory testing reports prepared by the QA/QC Department to ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of COA and Stability Testing data.
  • Participate in webinars and seminars related to the food industry to stay updated on emerging regulations, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of raw material applications, functions, and technical specifications, including interpretation and application of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Experience handling a Team is a must
