Job Description:

The Project Development (PD) Associate Manager monitors, supervises, and/or provides insights for the successful conceptualization, planning, launch, implementation, delivery and completion of ALVEO projects to achieve business outcomes and results. He/she is responsible for the resources, day-to-day tasks/activities, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, timeliness, and commitment to brand promise.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration/Management or Technical (Architectural/Engineering) related courses.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in real estate/construction firms/other related industries and/or handled various project development functions in assistant managerial level.

  • Highly proficient in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills

  • With strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Highly proficient in all aspects of project management including in-depth understanding of the principles, tools/methodologies, and resource management.

  • With technical knowledge and professional skills relevant to project development operations.

  • Highly proficient with various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • With high business acumen relevant to economic/financial concepts and impact on business operations.

  • With high financial proficiency in relation to the formulation and actualization of P&L and in-depth understanding of the factors and risks affecting financial performance of projects.

  • Can deal and handle all (low to moderate) complex/critical problems relevant to project development operations.

  • Very keen on details specifically in financial, legal, and technical matters relevant to project development operations.

  • Highly proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders of the Company.
