Overview:

We're looking for a results-driven
Digital Sales Manager
with expertise in consumer electronics, appliances, or audio products to lead our e-commerce growth across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and more. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who's both analytical and action-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage day-to-day operations on major e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to drive growth.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Lead and mentor the digital sales team, driving them toward sales targets.
  • Collaborate with platform account managers to improve campaign visibility and performance.
  • Keep product listings accurate, engaging, and up to date.
  • Monitor competitors and apply best practices to stay ahead.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital sales management, ideally in electronics or appliances.
  • Hands-on experience with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.
  • Strong grasp of e-commerce data, platform algorithms, and merchandising.
  • Creative, data-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be open to working onsite in Taguig (near Arca South).
