What you'll be doing

  1. Expertly recommend wine pairings and assist customers in selecting the perfect wines to complement their dining experience
  2. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our wine selection, including vintages, terroirs, and tasting notes
  3. Assist in the management and organisation of our wine cellar, ensuring optimal storage conditions
  4. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative wine-pairing menus
  5. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a premium dining experience for all our guests
  6. Participate in wine tastings, events, and industry networking to further develop your expertise

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Wine Specialist or Wine Waiter in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
  2. In-depth knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and production methods
  3. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain meticulous inventory records
  5. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous learning
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language, with excellent communication skills
  7. Open for Female/ Male / LGBTQIA
