We are seeking a Property Admin who will serve as the main point of contact between the property management team and tenants. The role involves handling tenant concerns, assisting in lease management, monitoring property operations, and ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants regarding concerns, requests, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspection and documentation.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, billing statements, and tenant notices.
  • Maintain and update tenant records, files, and database.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for tenant requests and repairs.
  • Assist in collecting rental payments and issuing receipts as needed.
  • Support property management in implementing rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on tenant concerns, lease renewals, and property occupancy.
  • Promote good tenant relations through proactive communication and service.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in property administration or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
