
Community Facilities Supervisor

The Community Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the housekeeping, groundskeeping, and facility maintenance within the subdivisions. She/he is responsible for overseeing, assigning, and coordinating tasks related to these areas within a community. She/he plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and visual appeal of community facilities.
Required minimum level of Education: Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Required minimum level of Experience: With experience relevant to the position
Required Work License/Certification: Licensed Engineer Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
● Supervise and manage the housekeeping, groundskeeping, and facility maintenance operations within the subdivision.
● Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of work.
● Develop and implement cleaning schedules, maintenance plans, and groundskeeping strategies.
● Collaborate with the Housekeeping Officer to establish and enforce cleanliness standards and inspection procedures.
● Work closely with the Groundskeeping Officer to ensure proper maintenance of outdoor areas, including grassy areas, gardens, and pathways.
● Coordinate with the Facility Maintenance Officer to address repair requests, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections.
● Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in all facility-related activities.
● Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment for housekeeping, groundskeeping, and facility maintenance tasks to the purchasing.
● Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services, if required.
● Conduct regular inspections of community facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns or inquiries related to housekeeping, groundskeeping, and facility maintenance.
● Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of facility maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping activities.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination for facility-related matters.
● Provide training, guidance, and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions for development.
● Undertake additional duties and emergency tasks as assigned by community facilities manager
