Key Responsibilities: 

Portfolio Management 

  • Manage, maintain, and evolve team dashboards 

  • Automate metrics collection for the Direct Portfolio 

  • Manage the Indirect Portfolio Program (internal customers) 

  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams for lease renewals and other activities 

  • Coordinate and track activities with Real Estate, Facilities, and other relevant departments 

  • Coordinate and track lease renewals, legal activities, and projects 

Vendor Management

  • Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly business reviews 

  • Manage and track all open risks for vendors within the portfolio

  • Update Archer for all vendor activities, including business reviews, insurance certifications, and AOC's 

  • Coordinate and conduct annual product roadmap and planning reviews for all Tier 1 / Tier 2 vendors, ensuring completion of all risk and compliance documentation 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with creating executive-focused presentations 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate 

  • Basic understanding of coding and APIs 

  • Clear and concise communication skills with fluency in English
