Position Target

ANTA PH create Key Account Department start from Jan 2025 to address the Wholesalers, Franchisors and Consignment Stores nationwide with all brands – ANTA, ANTA Kids, Salomon, Wilson and Descente, position target of Key Account Manager to manage all none direct sales business include Wholesale, Franchise, Consignment Stores, to create its policy, standard and process to build solid relationships with those external business partners to increase sales to the ANTA Philippines.

Job Responsibilities

- Basic Work

  • Maintain current Key Account partners and develop new Key Account partners;
  • Create and optimize Key Account related police, standard and process, ensure the well development of Key Account business;
  • Draft Key Account Plan based on company strategic plan and doing strictly execution;
  • Achieve Key Account yearly sales target.

- Daily Work

  • Regularly review Key Account pools, doing evaluations to the current Key Account performance on a certain period of time(Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly);
  • Draft Monthly sales report for Key Account, doing necessary analysis and report to Country GM;
  • Assist Key Account partners who intend to join ANTA business with market and business plan;
  • Responsible for Key Account contract draft, negotiations, signing and audit;
  • Responsible for the execution of Key Account management standard;
  • Tracking Key Account who intend to join Anta business, maintain Key Account resources, develop potential good quality business partners and make deal;
  • Regularly coordination with Key Account partners, maintain good relationship.

  • Other works that may assigned by direct supervisor time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree major in business management related course;
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience with similar role;
  • Professional in Key Account Management;
  • Good communication, coordination, negotiation skill;
  • Willing to travel around the country and abroad;
  • Good computer skill in presentation and data management/analysis;
  • Open mind, teamwork, responsible, able to work under pressure;
  • Preferred sport lover.
