Job Purpose

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of a strategic initiative to establish a new factory and transition production operations. This role ensures timely execution, stakeholder alignment, operational continuity, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

• Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, R&D, Planning, Marketing, Quality, Safety, and Production to meet project timelines.
• Establish governance forums, update leadership, and facilitate scenario-based decision-making.
• Manage change and transition activities to ensure smooth transition with no service or operational disruptions.
• Own project budget, track costs, and ensure delivery within financial targets.
• Develop and execute communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on factory design including layout, utilities, capacity, production lines, and warehouse setup.
• Define and implement core operational processes, master data, and digital systems for the new factory.
• Create and manage a comprehensive start-up plan covering ramp-up, validation, and stabilization phases.
• Oversee production transition from third-party to new facility, including logistics and systems onboarding.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain mitigation plans across technical, financial, and operational areas.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and transparency throughout all project phases.
• Support workforce planning and ensure factory compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering or related field
• Worked in a Manufacturing Setup or has Supply Chain Operations background
• Experience in Project Management
