Job description

· Responsible for the transport of materials, equipment and employees to the areas where they are scheduled for dispatch.

· Make sure that the materials and/or employees are secured.

· Ensure timely transport of employees and/or materials from places as per the schedule.

· Observe safe driving protocols.

· Responsible in taking good care of company vehicle.

· Ensure that vehicles are kept tidy and clean at all times by cleaning both the inside and outside parts of the vehicles.

· Ensure inventory and safekeeping of existing car tools.

· Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure that all parts are in-tact and functional.

· Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and inform the admin and the company's mechanic/technician.

· Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).

· Perform/execute yearly registration of company vehicle/s.

· Shall strictly observe traffic rules and regulations prescribed by LTO and other related government agencies.

· Perform other related admin tasks as may be assigned or required.
