Qualification:

  • Graduate of Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Environmental Science

  • License not required but an advantage

  • With integrity and high work ethics, team-player, can work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Sample receiving, handling, monitoring, encoding, subcontracting, etc.

  • With exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Handles customer inquiries including phone calls and/or e-mails

  • Assists in the implementation and monitoring of the Laboratory QA Program

  • Ensures all data generated is scientifically sound, legally defensible, and of known precision & quality

  • Assists in establishment and maintenance of statistical and data records that accurately reflect the quality assurance performance

  • Serves as the in-house client representative on all projects inquiries involving data quality issues.

  • Generation of technical report and related documentation for water, and waste water analyses.

  • Other functions relevant to laboratory operations.
