  • Monitors compliance to line control start-up activities in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of area, tools and equipment to be used before production.
  • Conducts daily verification of all testing and measuring equipment (e.g. thermometer weighing scale, caliper, etc.) to be used by production.
  • Monitors and ensures in-process materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production leadman/supervisor/ QA In-line.
  • Monitors and ensures finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
  • Records on time inspection results.
  • Responsible for checking the availability of correct BOM and Process Flow Chart as reference and ensure that all raw materials and packaging materials to be used in production are compliance to standard.
  • Monitors the identified CCP, OPRP and standard parameters indicated in the process flow chart.
  • Communicates with leadman, QA In-line and supervisor any deviation or non-compliance encountered in production line for immediate trouble shooting and assistance. Prepare necessary IR.
  • Assist in the trouble shooting for any encountered deviation or non-conformance to the standard.
  • Prepare post production reports and documentation.
  • Recommends possible improvements and techniques in production process to improve quality of products.
  • Performs other functions which may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,650.00 per month
