KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Client Communication:

· Respond to client inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, or in-person communication.

· Provide accurate information regarding portalet rentals, schedules, and services.

  1. Service Coordination:

· Coordinate with the Operations and Dispatch Team for timely delivery, pick-up, cleaning, and maintenance of portalets.

· Monitor service schedules to ensure commitments to clients are met.

  1. Issue Resolution:

· Handle client concerns efficiently, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution within agreed timelines.

· Record and report recurring service issues for management review.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

· Maintain good rapport with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

· Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

  1. Documentation and Reporting:

  2. Maintain accurate client records, including service logs, communication notes, and complaint resolutions.

  3. Prepare weekly reports on client concerns and resolutions for management.

  4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by an immediate supervisor from time to time
