JOB SUMMARY:

A Quality Control Staff is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. They inspect, test, and measure materials or products being produced to ensure they meet required specifications before they are released.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Inspection & Testing
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools/equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
  • Perform functional tests on samples.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Record inspection results and test data accurately.
  • Report non-conformance or defects to the production/QA team.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation (e.g., inspection reports, checklists).
  • Process Monitoring
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality output.
  • Participate in line audits and process validations.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
  • Assist in the implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams.
  • Support root cause analysis of product issues.
  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment regularly.
  • Ensure all QC tools are in proper working condition.

Education:

Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a science or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology).

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement tools.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP).

  • Willing to be assigned at SHAWARMA SHACK COMMISSARY (SAN BARTOLOME QC)
  • Willing to work 6working days & 1rest day every week.
  • Willing to shifting schedule (Day & Night shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
