Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security operations of the mall, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers, employees, and property.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Supervise security personnel.
  • Investigate security incidents and take appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and ensure compliance with safety regulations, and security administration.
  • Monitor security systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security management or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years work experience in the security industry, able to supervise large number of agency personnel, basic knowledge in computer, knowledge in emergency response.
  • CSP - Certified Security professional (optional).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
