Responsibilities:

  • To implement the overall security program of the mall properties by overseeing and supervising his CRS Supervisors and Representatives in doing the same. To maintain a safe and secured environment for all the customers, employees, guests, and other personnel within the mall he is assigned in, as well as other business related structures, in order to preserve a harmless environment which will result to profit and good business for the organization as well as achieve customer satisfaction within the limits of company standards, policies, and government law on security administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any 4 year course
  • Certified Security professional (CSP), Certified Mall Protection Professional (CMPP), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Certified Security Management System (CSMS)
  • 5 to 7 years work experience in the security industry, able to lead and manage large number of personnel, computer literate.
