JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Conduct data on-site using surveying instruments and topographical surveys to determine ground elevation dependent grids, geodetic grids, property boundaries, terrains and elevation.
  • Establishment of property boundaries using survey instruments before start of construction based from relocation survey :
    • Horizontal and vertical points within the project area
    • Construction gridlines for Vertical Projects
    • Layout of the building footprint for Vertical Projects
  • Preparation of survey data and survey sheet evaluation including verification of mathematical accuracy of collected data survey – both manual and computerized.
  • Conduct as-built, settings and other layout surveys in accordance with the process define in company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Geodetic Engineering
  • With PRC License as Geodetic Engineer
  • 2 years experience in construction and building surveying
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design ( CAD ) software and other surveying software
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
