About the role

This exciting full-time opportunity as a Project Manager / Business Analyst (Banking) at Ascendion is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering critical projects within the banking sector, utilising your exceptional analytical and project management skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business solutions to address the needs of Ascendion's banking clients
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and develop comprehensive project plans
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and drive buy-in
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Continuously improve project management practices and methodologies

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, with a focus on the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, project management methodologies, and change management principles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
