Job Overview/Purpose:

Achieve new student enrollees set by the management through efficient and effective implementation of sales and marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds, grows and maintains a database of schools and prospective students.
  • Develops and maintains a network of strong relationships with College authorities.
  • Effectively communicates to the clients the course offerings, admissions, and enrollment procedures through effective presentation.
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities such as but not limited to cold calling, networking, and partnership.
  • Follow-through of the database gathered such as but not limited to telemarketing, and campus visits for enrollment conversion
  • Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share/ collaborate with respective departments for appropriate action.
  • Submits the required daily and monthly status report to the immediate superior.
  • Acts as the Officer-in-Charge of the College Department of the campus in the absence of the immediate superior.
  • Ensures that QMS and other accreditation standards are implemented, monitored and documented.
  • Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Advertising, Management, Marketing Communication, Visual and Multimedia Arts, or any related degree programs.
  • Entry level can be accepted, with good scholastic records.
  • At least a year experience in any job position in sales marketing is an advantage.
