Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for real estate? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate ISA/Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate ISA/Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into valuable appointments through inbound and outbound cold calling efforts.

This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to convert leads (expired listings, FSBOs, motivated sellers) into scheduled appointments.

  • Manage cultivation of sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections

  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, timeframe

  • Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous nurture and follow-up system

  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics

  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market

Communications/Interactions

  • Inbound/Outbound leads – daily
  • Agents on team – daily
  • Direct manager – daily

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or inside sales experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional phone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone

  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues

  • Strong organizational skills to manage and update the lead database

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms

  • Knowledge of Vulcan and Follow Up Boss is a plus.

  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable Wi-Fi
