Job Title: Videographer / Photographer for Content Creation (Full-Time)

Location: Antipolo (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Videographer / Photographer to create compelling visual content for our fashion brand across social media and our website.

This is a hands-on production role focused on shooting and editing video and photo content, especially short-form videos, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and product visuals. The ideal candidate is camera-confident, story-aware, and comfortable working on-site in an active production environment.

You will work closely with our creative and production teams to capture how our products are made, who makes them, and the stories behind each piece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
  • Operate DSLR cameras and iPhone for both video and photography
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut
  • Assist in and document product shoots (photo & video)
  • Create product photography and short videos for website and e-commerce use
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and warehouse content, including:
  • Interviews with sewers and production staff
  • Step-by-step product-making processes
  • Translate brand and product concepts into strong visual narratives
  • Research and suggest story angles that fit each product or collection
  • Format and deliver content optimized for different platforms
  • Support day-to-day creative production needs
  • Maintain high punctuality, reliability, and readiness for scheduled shoots

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, or visual content creator
  • Confident using DSLR cameras and iPhone for shooting
  • Strong working knowledge of CapCut
  • Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and framing
  • Ability to shoot both planned and spontaneous content
  • Awareness of current short-form video trends
  • Highly punctual, organized, and dependable
  • Willingness to learn new creative tools and workflows
  • Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with production teams

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience shooting for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • Basic experience with product photography
  • Interest in craftsmanship, manufacturing, and human-centered storytelling
  • Familiarity with social media performance formats (hooks, pacing, transitions)

  • On-site in Antipolo
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
