Multimedia Editor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video content for use in digital marketing, internal communications, recruitment, and product promotions.
  • Edit and produce compelling video materials optimized for various platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and internal channels.
  • Apply professional editing techniques such as color grading, transitions, sound mixing, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
  • Design and animate visual elements such as lower thirds, intro/outro sequences, infographics, and video overlays using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Support photo and video documentation during both onsite and offsite events
  • Organize, manage, and maintain a structured digital asset library for raw footage, edited content, graphic templates, and design files.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop multimedia content aligned with the company's objectives and branding.
  • Proactively contribute creative ideas and content concepts based on current trends and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video editing, post-production, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.
  • Intermediate graphic design skills with a strong grasp of layout, typography, and branding principles.
  • Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and visual creativity.
  • Experience creating short-form and long-form content for social media, digital ads, and corporate use.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours during production shoots or company events when necessary.
