Talent Acquisition Specialist L3 (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition Workflow: Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for complex to niche type of roles.
- Sourcing: Utilize all Talent Acquisition Tools, including but not limited to Jobstreet, Indeed, Bestjobs, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Company Careers Website.
- Interviewing: Plan and interview candidates following the Interview Guide in reference to the Client's job description and top requirements.
- Assess candidates' resume information, including employment records, skill set presented, portfolios, and references.
- Apply various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Skills Test: Conduct Client's Skills Test to the candidates if required.
- Shortlisting: Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates based on the interview and skills test results.
- Background Check: Secure signed Authorization to Conduct Background Check from the shortlisted
- Request for at least two character references (1 HR and 1 Supervisor) from any of the candidate's previous employer.
- Conduct background check using the Background Check Template via Email and Phone Call.
- Job Offer: Prepare and discuss the Job Offer to the candidate for
- Candidate Experience: Touch base with the candidates regarding their application to ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Send updates real time to keep warm the candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Reports: Update all necessary reports and ATS real time.
- Talent Acquisition Activities: Promote the company's brand through Talent Acquisition initiatives and events.
- Teamwork: Extend assistance to the Talent Acquisition Team during peak season or as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek learning opportunities, attend and participate in (where possible) team meetings to help understand the business environment and how you can contribute.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment.
- Experience in filling Volume, Non-Technical & Technical Roles.
- Familiar with Recruitment Job Portals such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Bestjobs, Indeed and etc.
- Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written communication and representational skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, including applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
