This is a full-time role, with a morning/mid-shift schedule and a Hybrid setup.

What You'll Do:

  • Post job ads, source candidates, and manage pipelines
  • Conduct initial interviews and profile candidates
  • Assist with onboarding and maintain recruitment trackers & ATS
  • Support ad-hoc hiring tasks to keep our talent engine running

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment
  • ATS experience required; KPO/RPO/BPO familiarity a plus
  • Strong communication, detail-oriented, and proactive
