Basic Purpose:

Fashion Merchandising Specialist support the merchandising team in planning, executing, and monitoring product assortments from concept to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the process

Job Qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, retail planning, or fashion retail (internship or entry-level experience acceptable for junior roles).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with retail management or merchandising systems is an advantage. Knowledge of retail math (markup, margin, sell-through, inventory turnover).

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Specification

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

-Assist in preparing seasonal assortment plans through trend analysis, purchase recommendations, and sales performance reports.

-Monitor product life cycles by evaluating pricing strategies, competitive pricing, and recommending markdowns.

-Coordinate closely with suppliers, stores, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth merchandise flow.

-Maintain and update accurate records of merchandise details including cost, retail prices, quantities, and assortment boards.

-Perform administrative and documentation tasks such as filing and data entry to support the team's workflow.

-Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional store visits; may require extended hours during peak seasons.

-Performance Indicators: Accuracy of assortment data, timeliness of updates, effectiveness of coordination, contribution to sales and inventory efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
