Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide essential support to the Project Manager and ensure smooth coordination across multiple project activities.

This role requires strong communication, administrative, and documentation skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate schedules, records, and compliance documentation while supporting daily project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update project schedules, ensuring timely communication of changes to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, permits, and compliance documents for project records.
  • Support the Project Manager with coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Handle correspondence and client communications, demonstrating professionalism and confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and progress tracking with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing project meetings, minutes, and updates for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role (construction or engineering industry preferred).
  • Skilled in document management, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and project tracking tools.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates discipline, accountability, and proactive problem-solving skills, while effectively multitasking and performing in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
