Inbound Sales Representative

LOCATION:
Matina IT Park, Davao City

WORK SETUP:
Office Base (Full-time)

WORK SCHEDULE:
11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
(Graveyard/Night Shift)

WORKDAYS:
Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

  • :Answer incoming calls from prospects who have expressed interest in our products or service
  • sAssess customer needs through active listening and strategic questionin
  • gPresent product solutions that align with customer requirements and pain point
  • sProcess orders, handle payment information, and complete sales transaction
  • sUpsell and cross-sell relevant products or services when appropriat
  • eAddress customer concerns and objections with professionalism and confidenc
  • eMeet or exceed conversion rates, average order value, and sales target
  • sDocument all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM syste
  • mProvide accurate product information, pricing, and availability detail
  • sEscalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessar
  • yMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policie
