Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the company growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our account executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to build a sales pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
  • Set appointments, present the product or service effectively, negotiate and close a sale.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to outreach, lead quality, and appointment-setting.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, cold calling or related field
  • Previous SDR or outbound sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus.

Pay: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000

Location: Davao City (Office based)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM - 7 PM CST (11:00 PM- 8:00 AM PH)
