The Opportunity

We're looking for our first ever Digital Content Creator to bring Mortgage Channel's brand to life online — someone who can combine strategic marketing insight with premium visual design.

If you love creating visually powerful, brand-led content that inspires action, and you have an eye for clean, bold, aspirational design (think Nike meets property investing), this is your chance to own the creative direction of a leading Australian brand.

You'll take creative ownership of Mortgage Channel's online presence — building a premium, consistent visual identity that reflects our position as Australia's best mortgage investment specialist.

You'll also collaborate across two affiliated brands within the Australian real estate industry — all led by the same Director

The Role

  • Initially you've immerse yourself in the Mortgage Channel brand, voice, and audience, conduct a creative audit of our current social and website content before building out a brand kit. You'll be supported with clear onboarding goals, regular feedback sessions, and creative freedom to make the role your own. Design scroll-stopping social media content (Instagram, Facebook)

  • Create high-quality content, carousels, quotes, and Reels covers

  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Write short, confident, and motivational captions aligned with Mortgage Channel's voice
  • Source or curate stock imagery, templates and video clips that match our visual identity
  • Maintain and refresh website content (blogs, banners, and news updates)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Are experienced with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar tools
  • Have a strong design eye and can make any post look premium and can write short, sharp copy that feels confident and inspiring
  • Are reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented — with a "let's make it happen" attitude
