Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:Develop, implement, and supervise marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products or services.
  • Team Leadership:Lead and manage the marketing team, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff to meet performance goals.
  • Strategy Execution:Implement approved marketing strategies and activation plans for product launches, campaigns, and trade shows.
  • Brand Consistency:Ensure all marketing activities and materials maintain brand identity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Budget Management:Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures align with the overall business plan and approved spending.
  • Vendor & Agency Coordination:Liaise with and manage vendors and agencies for the production of marketing materials, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Market Analysis:Collect and analyze market data, including consumer behavior, competitor activities, and economic trends, to inform strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Creation:Oversee the creation and distribution of various marketing content, such as social media posts, brochures, and website materials.
